I’m Monica Stevens, Ph.D., a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) with over 800 hours of specialized training in the therapeutic use of yoga. For over 15 years I have guided individuals and groups toward greater wellbeing. I am based in the Milwaukee, WI area.
